Description
We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Art Director in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is with an Agency supporting a retail client, and you will be expected to collaborate with the team to execute creative projects, maintain brand consistency and quality across marketing production work, and mentor a small team of graphic designers.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development of original designs and concepts
• Lead creative development for a range of projects including digital, print, and experiential
• Manage the production support to ensure technically correct, print-ready mechanicals for release
• Oversee brand consistency and quality across all marketing production work
• Collaborate with creative groups across the department and maintain relationships with key clients at all levels of the organization
• Interpret marketing ideas and turn them into visually appealing realities
• Partner with senior leaders to develop brand story, strategy, and appropriate creative/design direction to execute client-driven deliverables
• Solve business challenges through smart creative design
• Take ownership, lead, and manage initiatives, ensuring successful execution through all stages of creative development on target, on time, and on budget
• Promote a positive work environment through collaboration, support, and inclusion.
Requirements • Possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience in creating compelling advertisements and brochures
• Demonstrated expertise in Art Direction
• Previous experience as an Art Director in a similar industry
• Ability to enhance brand awareness through creative designs
• Familiarity with the printing/publishing industry
• Strong conceptual skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team of creative individuals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details
• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field is desirable. Innovation starts with people.®
