Job Title: Accounts Payable Travel & Expense Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Travel & Expense Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing expense reports using Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support for all non-technical Concur related issues.
Responsibilities
Manage and audit expense reports in Concur.
Handle T&E Travel & Expense report management.
Ensure compliance with company policies through thorough auditing of expense reports.
Analyze reports promptly and accurately.
Serve as the primary contact for resolving non-technical Concur related issues.
Upload Concur employee imports.
Essential Skills
3+ years of Accounts Payable Travel & Expense experience in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
3+ years of working knowledge of corporate credit card programs and travel services.
Experience in expense reporting through Concur.
Strong auditing skills for expense reports.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with corporate credit cards.
Familiarity with travel services.
Proficiency in expense reimbursement processes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00
