The opportunity:

The Analyst, Digital Product Management is a non-technical role supporting the Digital Transformation Office within WestRock’s Information Technology & Digital function. You will be responsible for supporting operating processes (non-technical), IT finance processes, reporting, tracking, and analyzing project performance and outcomes. You will be responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and supporting process improvement activities that help accelerate the team’s productivity. The Analyst, Digital Product Management supports the IT Director of DTO Operations in ensuring execution of team objectives, management system, operating rhythms and other various tasks for the DTO and CIDO teams.

The Analyst, Digital Product Management will play a critical role in supporting the IT organization function by providing data analysis, reporting, and recommendations that can be used to improve IT operations. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders.

How you will impact:

  • Build reports that summarize the performance of the IT&D function. These reports should be accurate, timely, and actionable.

  • Track, analyze and interpret data related to the IT&D and DTO teams. This includes identifying trends, patterns, and insights from data that can help improve IT&D operations and value to the business.

  • Support building and maintaining metric dashboards that provide timely insights into IT operations. These dashboards should be visually appealing and easy to understand, allowing stakeholders to make informed decisions.

  • Facilitate routine IT Operations cadences and standardizing review schedules including - agendas, participants, and relevant content/materials for IT Leaders.

  • Identify opportunities to improve IT&D operations through the analysis of data and the development of recommendations. This may involve working with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement process improvements.

  • Responsible for coordinating small projects related to IT operations. This may include coordinating with stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Management - Information Systems or related field.

  • 3-5 years of project coordination, business analyst experiences across multiple projects or initiatives

  • Track record in coordinating and working with cross functional teams (IT and Business) in cross- domain solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Very high proficiency with the MS suite of products (Word, Excel, PPT and SharePoint)

  • Being self-directed, fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a global enterprise.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines at a fast pace and maintain strong attention to detail.

  • Having an affinity for analysis and working with financial data.

  • Problem-solving skills to find multiple viable solutions for a challenge

  • Computer skills to use various tools needed for analysis (emphasis on MS Excel, BI)

  • Analytical skills to process large amounts of data

  • Critical thinking to determine what data and information is useful for the task
