The Analyst Role You will work directly with clients and gain exposure to important strategic issues on a broad range of consulting engagements. Analysts assist with tasks that include deliverable preparation and quality checks, process flow creation, research, and analysis. You will improve upon a variety of skills such as analytical/critical thinking, attention to detail, data and information management, and time management. Initiative, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work well in teams and independently are qualities we look for in our Analysts. As integral members of their project teams, Analysts are encouraged to think creatively, communicate ideas, and participate in team conversations. Analysts are required to locate to one of our offices in Atlanta, Raleigh or the Boston area. Travel, at the discretion of the client, may be necessary. The Project Team You will work on small project teams to identify, and often times implement, solutions to client problems or challenges. Project teams are typically composed of three or four consultants and a partner. Working closely with experienced ScottMadden consultants and partners will maximize your learning and enable meaningful project contributions from your very first assignment. The Qualifications Demonstrated initiative and strong eagerness to learn Strong analytical and data management skills Skilled in problem-solving and building relationships Service-orientated and client-focused Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) The Requirements For the analyst role, you will need an undergraduate degree in any major with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
