Description

TheAPP TAConsultantserves as a strategic partner to understand Emory Healthcare staffing demandsand develops proactive, innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire diversecandidates forAdvancePractice Providers (PA/NP/CRNA/CAA) throughout Emory Healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively and efficiently performs all related recruitment activities, including strategic and proactive sourcing, interviewing, candidate travel and reviewing compensation for assigned service lines throughout Emory Healthcare.

  • In conjunction with Emory Marketing develops recruitment ads, mailing campaigns and flyers

  • In partnership with Event Project Managerinitiatesand leads APP recruitment events onsite and offsite

  • Serves as a liaison with Credentialing to ensure candidate moveefficiently through the process

  • Provide updates to APP and HR leadersregardingchallenges and successin regard torecruitment of practitioners

  • Provides training to Hiring leadersregardingTA systems as needed

  • Strategize with Manager of Campus Recruitmentregardingoutreachincluding online platformsto PA, NP, andAnesthesiaPrograms to engage students

  • Attended professional association meetings as outlined by TA Leadership to stayup to dateon current trends and market data

  • Demonstrateshigh levelsof knowledge in Talent Acquisition policies and practices including documentation and compliance

  • This position may requireadditionalduties as outlined by TA Leadership outside the parameters of the responsibilities listed above

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor'sDegree in Human Resources Businessor related field

  • 4 years of experience in recruitment with at leastthreeyears working withineither physicianoradvanced practicerecruitment

  • Demonstratesthe ability to understand APP Compliancein regard toMedical Staff Credentialing

  • Understandscurrent Talent Acquisition Recruitment Technology and HRIS systems

  • Must be able to workindependentlywith the ability to independently solve problems

  • Demonstrates ability tobe detailed oriented and beaeffectively communicate with Senior Leaders

  • Position requires frequent onsite meetings and travel up to 30% of the time asdesignatedby TA Leadership
