Our client, a well known energy management company is urgently looking to hire an HR Manager to join their team ON SITE in Athens, TX!

* This is a 6+ month contract to hire on W2 offering a full benefits package *

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in HR

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience

  • Must be able to work Monday/Wednesday 2pm-10pm

  • Extensive employees relations and investigations experience

  • Experience in Supply-chain, manufacturing, or distribution/warehouse

Job Responsibilities

  • The HR Generalist works in partnership with the local HRBP and management team on supporting the HR processes including employee relations, attendance, engagement, and recruiting

  • This role will support a Distribution Center in Athens, TX - supporting the employee experience is a critical piece of the role. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide employee relations support to leadership team and answer HR related questions

  • Ensure consistency in disciplinary action process and documentation

  • Immediately escalate and conduct all employee relations investigations

  • Drive engagement and incentive programs to improve overall employee experience
