Responsibilities
What you’ll do
Lead in architectural areas to participate in delivering projects spanning across the BSS and OSS modules based on agreed timelines and budget
Able to create business plans, including estimates, costs, and pricing analysis
Gather and map customers’ requirements is a clear and articulated functional and non-functional requirement for business and technical stakeholders
Analyse technology environment, requirements, set up collaboration framework, create solution prototype and participate in technology selection
Define working solutions that can be implemented using OSS & BSS technologies by applying proven methods, methodologies, and abstract knowledge
Engage in pre-sales activities, Conduct/Lead Customer workshops, and actively support regional business engagements
Provide Architecture & Design governance across the design and delivery of the program. Take ownership of technical issues and activities and drive to completion of architecture for E2E solution across all BSS/OSS technologies
Work with IT vendors, other Solution Architects and the Applications Support Managers in the design and implementation of BSS/OSS solutions
What you’ll bring
Demonstrated proficiency in Communications and BSS & OSS domains, complemented by extensive experience in B2B & B2C Service implementation
Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Communications RxDOD / SNO solutions, combined with a solid awareness of TOGAF/TMF/eTOM and SID Data Model
Proven involvement in tasks related to Billing, Invoicing, Charging, Fulfillment, Network Management, Resource Management, Service Management, Custom web services, and Kafka
Adeptness in working both autonomously and collaboratively, offering guidance as a coach/mentor to junior team members
