As an Order Management Specialist you’ll perform support in internal tools transactions (Oracle, MyO, EOM), documentation preparation in view of deliveries& installations, administrative interactions with local warehouse, logistic and finance team.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the long-term success of GE’s outcomes with a set of accounts in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE. Execute a GE Healthcare Sales strategy across the horizontal product portfolio, services, and solutions; lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases.
Developing conceptual knowledge of own discipline.
Developing knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Order Entry and backlog quality. Implement changes as required for each project followed. Optimize Sales transfers.
Ensure orders validation, compliance and approvals before Order Entry.
Confirms customer requested date and Plan. The Backlog management
Own and update timely key dates using local operating mechanisms and reports
Reviews Weekly Business Sales.
Set up contract review with Finance/OTR Regional Manager.
Daily follow up of customer credit documentation and inventory
Give shipping and billing instructions in accordance with contracts terms and conditions.
Follow shipment, installation, application via reports.
Follow up on collections issues due to OTR.
Provide root cause on defect analysis.
Monitor and coordinate daily logistics traffic from warehouses.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR associates degree and 2 years related experience OR high school diploma

Need to be able to prioritize work and multi-task
Proactively follow up on open issues
Basic accounting skills
Current or previous experience in a project management, customer relations or order management role
Previous experience supporting Sales or Service teams
Proven ability to build relationships with remote colleagues
Demonstrated aptitude and success in fostering solid, value-based relationships with internal and external customers
