Oracle BRM Application Development & Support Senior Consultant in ATHENS, Greece

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Bring your experience in Oracle BRM to the table, focusing on all technical aspects of BRM product implementation and customization. This includes:

  • Price plan management

  • Pipeline rating

  • Discounting

  • Various framework functionalities

  • Leverage your deep understanding of the BSS domain, including current business trends and the specific needs of communications service providers in the billing domain

  • Utilize GIT for repository management, including code, configuration, and documentation

  • Use JENKINS for creating automated deployment files following defined standard formats

  • Manage and execute upgrades across different BRM versions, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption

  • Apply your industry experience to provide valuable insights and solutions

What You'll Bring

  • Expert level Knowledge of:

  • Account structure and hierarchy with Customer lifecycle management.

  • Provisioning Services

  • Loading Rated Events (UEL)

  • Configuring and Running Billing

  • Designing and Generating Invoices

  • Managing Accounts Receivable

  • Configuring and Collecting Payments

  • Collections Manager [Ready to learn Collections wrt new tool/platform]

  • Integrate BRM with Middleware (AIA/OSB) through both JCA and WSM (Web Service Manager)

  • OPCODE customization and customization of various facility modules

  • Well-versed in writing Multi-Threaded Applications (MTA)

  • Development, support, maintenance, and implementation of a complex project module

  • Well-versed in using BRM tools like Pricing Centre; Customer Centre; Payment Tool; Collection Configuration Centre

  • Expert level knowledge of Installation; administering BRM application and database

Responsibilities

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
