WTW Associate Consultant in Athens, Greece

From our Athens office we manage end-to-end compensation surveys, HR planning and research reports for the region Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), providing companies with data-based market intelligence solutions and consulting for their compensation, benefits and HR-related needs. As an Associate member of Rewards Data Intelligence CEE, you become a key player in the execution of market remuneration surveys. You will support the commercial success of Data Services’ surveys and reports in the Head of Business Development of CEE throughout the product life cycle. Willis Towers Watson values associate development, and you will be encouraged to acquire knowledge of specific CEE markets and/or industry sectors which will both enhance the value of your contribution to our products and clients but also allow you to grow in an exciting career. You will learn to support business development within your assigned industry/geography through a variety of contributions (new business prospecting, coordination with Marketing, etc.).

You will report to the Rewards, Data and Software Head of Business Development of CEE and closely collaborate with the Advisory Team in Athens where you will be based.

The Role

  • Client relationship: conduct client meetings, train and guide clients through the survey process and provide them full support for their participation in our Compensation & Benefits Surveys

  • Collect market data, conduct analyses on complex data using advanced statistical techniques

  • Upgrade and expand sales of compensation-based project work such as salary structures development, compensation & benefits reports, pay assessments and bespoke surveys

  • Conduct Custom Data analysis

  • Work with and provide support to more senior consultants in consulting projects across the range of Talent & Rewards

Deliver high-quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness

Requierements:

  • A Post-Graduate University Degree in Economics, Engineering or Business Administration, from a Top Business School.

  • Master in HR studies will be an advantage

  • Strong interest in one of the following is absolutely required: HR (compensation and benefits, recruitment, payroll etc.) sales or revenue-generation; market surveys or statistics/ data. Experience in two or more of these areas would be considered an advantage

  • Fluent in English and Greek (both spoken & written)

  • Computer literate with a strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Dynamic and proactive self-starter who is able to work both independently and as part of a team while following established guidelines and systems

  • Deadline-oriented with good organizational skills

  • Effective communicator and team player

  • Pragmatic, creative, flexible and discrete

  • Stress-resistant

  • Extroverted character

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting industry
