Boehringer Ingelheim Quality Control Analyst in Athens, GR, Greece

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Control Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to perform sampling for bulk products, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Data Integrity guidelines, and organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes.

This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Quality Control Supervisor.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform sampling for bulk products, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials.

  • Complete lab documentation and report results using forms of analysis, logbooks, and SAP.

  • Support the QC Department by training other analysts to perform sampling.

  • Ensure the proper use of Quality Control's analytical instruments.

  • Manage laboratory reagents and supplies stock.

  • Maintain cleanliness in the lab and sampling booth.

  • Adhere to EHS rules and regulations.

  • Actively participate in investigation processes such as OOX, deviations, etc.

  • Perform analytical testing of Packaging Materials according to registered specifications.

  • Follow Data Integrity guidelines.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • University degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Food Technology, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of working experience within the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or food industry.

  • Good knowledge of analytical methods and laboratory instrumentation.

  • Experience with SAP and/or other computerized systems (e.g., Trackwise)

  • Fluent (native) in both Greek and English

  • Being able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
