About this role
As a Product Services Engineer, you will provide technical support and investigate issues reported by the field. You will respond to escalated technical issues via telephone and CRM applications, working directly with dealers and field service engineers throughout the problem resolution process. Your responsibilities include resolving complex technical issues through research, data analysis, and advanced troubleshooting. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop solutions, manage project schedules, and set team expectations. Additionally, you will document support cases, contribute to the knowledge base, and represent the “Voice of Service” for product improvement. You will also serve as the technical lead for field evaluation units, develop technical documentation, and create training content.

Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
Must be self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and efficiency and strong work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required. Spanish as a second language is preferred.
Ability to communicate high-level troubleshooting to remote technicians.
Previous experience in support roles.
Excellent interpersonal soft skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree OR Completion of a Technical Trade School Program
3+ years of experience in a Technical role
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous service experience in (automotive/heavy equipment/truck/refrigeration), or related field is preferred
Proficiency in CRM applications (Salesforce) is preferred
Creation of automated processes and workflows
Understanding of battery electric vehicles
Familiar with continuous process improvement methodology
Experience writing and editing technical documentation
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Experience reading technical drawings and schematics
