Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Demonstrate a high level of mechanical skills and self-motivation. Receive and understand spoken and written technical instructions and respond in English. Read and interpret information from manuals, blueprints, schematics, and other documentation in hard copy or electronic formats as necessary. Function safely in an industrial manufacturing setting, including shift work as required. Overtime is a requirement of the job. Adhere to policies and procedures as an employee including attendance and punctuality to company standards. Perform housekeeping duties as required and other duties as assigned. Train and share knowledge with coworkers.
Responsibilities
Receive and understand spoken and written technical instructions and respond in English.
Read and interpret information from manuals, blueprints, schematics, and other documentation in hard copy or electronic formats as necessary.
Function safely in an industrial manufacturing setting, including shift work as required.

Train and share knowledge with coworkers.
Essential Skills
High level of mechanical skills.
3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong electrical skills including knowledge of electrical schematics, relays, relay logic, motors, VFDs.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Technical school is a plus.
Experience with PLCs and ladder logic is beneficial but not required.

Work Environment
Industrial setting with shifts available. 3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday 11 pm-7 am, every other Saturday (Saturday is a half day). 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, every other Saturday (Saturday is a half day).
