Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm - Monday through Friday (8 hour shifts)
Pay: $30.29/hr. plus fringe benefit of $6.00/hr. and additional $2.50/hr. employer contribution will be made to your 401(k).

Duties:
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning repair & service. Must troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various HVAC and electrical systems. Must be able to maintain and repair air handling and fan system. Must have a technical knowledge of electronics to solve complex problems by interpreting manufactures manuals or similar documents. Must be able to perform some of the tasks of a Boiler Operator, Plumber/Pipefitter, Electrician, Painter/Carpenter and Equipment Operator. Be able to work from blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications locating and diagnosing trouble in the electrical system or equipment.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required by the Position:
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning repair in an Industry Environment is required. Must have a working knowledge of all commercial and domestic electronics and HVAC systems. Duties will be performed in a BSL3 environment.
Requirements
Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (aka PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
May be required to participate in the select agent program which would include additional background investigations, training, and performing work in a bio containment facility.
