You, as OEM Sales Manager, are responsible for selling a range of Videojet coding and marking equipment to our OEM accounts . This includes industrial small character inkjet, high resolution case printing, labelling systems and Thermal Inkjet, and Laser solutions.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Plans and executes sales targets and activities in selling OEM business to customers by combining and leveraging specialized product and unit know-how to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets

  • Prepares annual budgets and business plans according to the corporate guidelines, achieves company sales targets and optimizes expenses

  • Leads the progress with current key account and prospect account projects with OEM Team

  • Plans sales volumes and potential of target customers, investigates and evaluates specific business opportunities for OEM customer

  • Coordinates OEM Team activities based on sales plan

  • Increases the sales productivity in the field with relevant policies and processes;

  • Analyses, evaluates and executes markets and needs of potential or existing customers

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 4+ years Sales experience in OEM’s or automation, Account Management with Multinational Corporations and technical background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Related / Engineering field

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience with Coding/Marking equipment sales - plus

  • Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SalesForce.com)

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Willingness to travel
