On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary

The Recruitment Sr. Analyst can manage recruitment processes for middle managers and developing selection strategies according to their profiles. It is able to manage and organize itself in relation to the processes and volumes to be assigned.

A day in the life of...

  • Managing selection processes for different areas and hierarchical levels.

  • Conducting profile alignments, market mapping, CV screening, and competency-based interviews.

  • Having an open mindset towards attracting and selecting diverse professionals.

  • Contributing to the attraction and development of young talent.

  • Adopting a consultative approach with the business, sharing relevant market information and profiles of mapped individuals to assist in decision-making.

  • 3 + year experience managing and executing high-impact Recruitment processes.

  • Advanced English.

  • Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to the demands with multiple priorities Analytical skills.

  • Ability to communicate your ideas and thoughts to the team, and understand their responses

  • Knowledge of search engines such as LinkedIn (Recruiter)
