Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

In Paraguay we are two Nestlé units:
Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.
On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary
Responsible for the management of benefits in Latin America, focusing on continuous improvement of processes and projects. Identification of improvements and in-depth analysis to ensure that employees receive benefits positively and correctly. Effective provision of service to the markets, contributing to the presentation and clarification of information on the benefits and volumes of the processes.
A day in the life of...
-Operation and analysis of Latin American benefits, ensuring the delivery of services in a positive way.
-Accurate analysis of the benefit spreadsheets.
-Closing tickets on time.
-Participation in team meetings and with the markets.
-Presentation of ticket volumes and situations of the month.
-Support as a backup for team members.
-Focus on process improvement and creation of projects to support the team.
What will make you successful
-Intermediate/Advanced English.
-Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
-Prior experience in Continuous improvement initiatives and project management (desirable)
-Experience in HR Processes Payroll and Benefits.
-Understanding of Payroll impact to the employees.
-Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills.
-Analytical skills and the ability to prepare clear and accurate reports.
-Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Industrial Engineer, HR, PMO or related areas.
