Job Description:
The person hired for the position of Jr. Email Developer will have a strong understanding of customer experience and email marketing best practices. You will collaborate with our US, Canada (USAC) and LATAM Digital Operations Teams. You will be focused on the implementation of marketing automation campaigns, emails, landing pages and forms. You will then work at the tactical level to develop campaigns, execute test plans and QA, ensure deliverability and provide performance metrics. In this role, you will also be responsible for representing 3M consistently by following brand standard and adhering to digital best practices.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Create and execute basic email campaigns
Create and test marketing automation assets as such forms and landing pages
Track and report performance of marketing automation campaigns
Build campaigns based off workflows designed by digital strategists
Qualifications/Requirements:
Strong written and oral communication skills in English is a must B2
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
Collaborative Team player
Attention to details
Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects
Bandwidth and ability to work remotely
Ability to work both independently and as a team member as necessary
Well organized and good time management skills
Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus
Combined knowledge with marketing automation using systems such as Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, and/or other marketing automation systems
Bachelor’s degree or recently graduated from an accredited university highly preferred
Experience working with Eloqua and Salesforce
