Key Responsibilities:
Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding customer needs, and providing technical product information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our customer base to develop accounts and drive sales.
Answer phone and email inquiries, verifying and entering order information accurately.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge by studying new product descriptions and features.
Contribute to department and company goals by taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Continuously seek opportunities to add value and improve performance in all job functions.
Qualifications:
Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Solid phone skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Strong people skills with a customer-focused mindset and a high level of professionalism.
Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for accuracy.
Motivated to succeed in sales and grow within the role.
Education & Experience:
Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft and Google Office Suites.
Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
