Confidential Employer Facilities and Maintenance Manager in Aston, Pennsylvania

The Facilities & Maintenance Manager will supervise and direct a team that maintains the machinery used by Container Research Corporation (CRC) and Flextron Industries as well as the buildings and grounds of CRC, Flextron, Riddle Valley Industrial Park (RVIP), and Wilstan. The manager will also oversee the organization's after hours security guards.  

The right candidate will have:

  • a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or environmental engineering OR 7-10+ years of maintenance management/supervisory experience

  • 5+ years of experience with environmental reporting, wastewater treatment oversight, and related responsibilities

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Extensive "hands-on" mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting experience

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

The position requires flexibility because assignments may be undertaken with little or no notice and outside normal work hours.  While the standard work schedule is 6AM - 4:30PM Mon - Thurs, the incumbent will need to be available by (company-provided) phone at all times as assignments or circumstances may require response with little or no notice outside normal work hours.

Lean Six Sigma experience, CSP certification, experience working with ERP/MRP systems, and experience working in an ISO9001 or AS9100 environments are huge pluses.

Pay rate: $85000 - $110000 per year
