Guest Environment Expert. The St. Regis Aspen Resort (Aspen Colorado). 5 openings. Temporary, F/T job from 10/01/2024 - 04/12/2025. Min. 35 hrs/week. Shifts: 7am - 11pm. (5 rotating days including weekends). Duties: Perform a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel, including rooms and public spaces. Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible. Anticipate and address guests' service needs. Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order (e.g., hair dryer, TV, remote, microwave). Clean bathrooms, including bathtub/hot tub/shower, toilet, floor, sink, and mirror. Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings (e.g., appliances, furniture, ice bucket, honor bar, baseboards, ledges, entrance door). Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items from room and balcony/patio. Replace dirty linens (e.g., sheets, pillow cases) and terry (e.g., towels, bathrobes) with clean items, following correct bed making and folding standards. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms, such as toiletries, glasses, mugs, linens, towels, tissues, coffee, printed materials, and laundry bags according to standards. Return cart to designated area at the end of shift. Clean and organize items stored in laundry room, supply/storage closets, linen room, and/or uniform room. Fold cleaned linen into designated size, either by hand or using folding machine. Other related duties. Requirements: No education or experience required. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Pre-employment Criminal Background Check. Rate of Pay: $20.25/hr to $21.00/hr. O/T $30.38 to $31.50/hr. For full list of benefits, please contact HR. A single work week will be used to compute wages. Wages paid bi-weekly by direct deposit. Employer will reimburse H-2B worker in 1st pay period for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees). Air transport to place of employment will be provided at no cost to worker (air travel paid upfront); Ground expenses & subsistence costs will be reimbursed to worker during 1st pay period. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88/day during travel to a max $59.00/day w/receipts. If worker does not complete at least 1/2 of employment period worker is expected to refund employer. Return transport will be provided if worker completes employment period or is dismissed early. Employer will provide at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform job. Employer guarantees to offer work for hrs equal to at least 3/4 of workdays in each 12-week period of total employment.

Shared, subsidized housing available at 2 people per bedroom. Housing is optional, if elected, cost at approx. $800 to 900 per month will be deducted bi-weekly from the workers paycheck. If housing is elected, worker commits to paying the rent for duration of contract. Beginning November 1, employer offers a 6 month bus pass for $175 to be paid by the worker. All deductions from worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
