DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to perform basic math and measurements;
• Solid computer skills;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to communicate effectively;
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations;
• Experience working in fast pace, high change environment, with limited supervision;
• Willingness to learn; on-site training provided;
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and not be afraid to get dirty.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be able to train on 1^st^ shift for 2-3 weeks before moving to 2nd shift
• Attendance, reliability and ability to pass a drug screen including marijuana are a must!

Character and attitude are extremely important Desired Skills: Basic Math, ability to read micrometers and veneers.
