Celebrating our 101st Anniversary in 2023, Iten Industries, Inc. supplies the custom manufacture of thermoset and thermoplastic components. Our expertise, resources, commitment, and state-of-the-art systems allow us to meet customer requirements with precision tolerances, high quality, and exceptional value. The Ideal Candidate:

• Trains and works under the supervision of experienced press operator/trainers;
• Assists in setting up and operating presses;
• Performs general housekeeping duties;
• Obtains schedule and work orders to be used in production process;
• Prepares and releases materials for production;
• Performs quality checks on material;
• Prepares product for shipping;
• Operates tow motor when necessary;
• Assists other employees in the department with troubleshooting issues;
• Able to work with fiberglass.
• Must be safety oriented.
• Must be able to pass a drug test including marijuana.
• Attendance and reliability are a must!

Must be able to read and write English Desired Skills: Basic Math Ability to read micrometers and veneers Mechanically inclined Able to lift up to 50 pounds Other duties may be assigned.

What to Expect:

10 to 12-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday (3 days off every weekend!)

• Overnight shift -- 5:00 pm to 3:15 am or 5:15 am (Depending on product being run)

Pay rate of $18*/hour to start. (Pay rate is based on a $16/hour base salary plus a $2/hour production incentive for this position. Overnight shift will receive an additional shift differential.)
