Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking an: Operations Manager
POSITION TITLE: Operations Manager
LOCATION: Ashtabula County Board of DD 2505 South Ridge Road East Kingsville, Ohio
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maximize revenue and oversee grant/contract compliance for all federal, state, and local programming.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or finance, and five (5) years of relevant experience preferred. Master's Degree preferred.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SAFETY AND SENSITIVE POSITION: Criminal background check/medical examination/drug screening
DESIRED SKILLS: Must be highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work cooperatively with other team members, must have strong communication skills, and leadership abilities, and must be organized and accurate. Computer skills are required.
