Job Description

As a Yard Lift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating sit-down forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.

• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the forklift.

• Performing order picker duties as needed.

• Handling yard duties such as organizing and maintaining the yard area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials using sit-down forklifts.

• Transport products to and from designated areas within the facility.

• Conduct daily equipment checks and maintenance.

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

• Assist with inventory management and stock control.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Organize and maintain the yard area, ensuring it is clean and free of hazards.

Basic Requirements

• Proficient in operating sit-down forklifts independently from day one.

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience handling inventory, shipping, and receiving.

Work Environment & Pay Rate

• First shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (average 55 hours per week, including overtime).

• Competitive pay: $20/hr - $24/hr (based on experience).
