Pentair Management Company Materials Coordinator in Ashland, Ohio

Job Description: Pentair has a job opportunity for you! Join us as a Materials Coordinator (Office Administration) in our Ashland, OH facility. You will support the operations and human resources departments with activities around the office support, and date entry. What's in it for you? The anticipated hourly pay for this role is: $26.44/hr. 11 paid holidays each year 2 weeks of paid vacation to start (accrued weekly) and prorated based on hire date. More details about the opportunity: Mange professional presentation of office facilities, manage office supplies and vending/marketing company AVI for lunchrooms, and including the mail room. Assist time and attendance and attendance program for production employees. Support shipping documentation/compliance solicitation, record retention requirements and disposition. Set up work areas for new employees and provide reception support. Assist in creative input, planning and execution of onsite events and meetings. Support 5S and ISO auditing assessments. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have administrative experience in a manufacturing setting, ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and good with problem solving or communication. Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!): 1st shift: 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday Physical Requirements: Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 25lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
