What you bring to the table... Associate degree or 7 + years' experience working in a manufacturing facility, in leu of degree. 3+ years of people management experience Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Functional proficiency in Windows-based software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ongoing passion to identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to deliver results. Must be a change agent. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). It would be great to have... B.A. degree in Business Administration or a related field. Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt certification preferred. Cross-functional operations experience with a proven track record of delivering successful business results in the areas of operations management, safety, quality, continuous improvement, and cost. Previous experience managing a team of salaried employees in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of OSHA standards, HACCP guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), etc. What you will do...
