SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Community Services Supervisor to provide recreation and childcare services for a services contract in Doha, Qatar.

Essential Job Duties

• Operate recreation service facilities.

• Develop and manage recreation programs.

• Oversee childcare services provision.

• Develop and manage fitness and lifestyle programs.

• Ensure suitability of fitness and recreation facilities, materials, and supplies.

• Prepare reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate’s degree. High school diploma and 5 years of experience may be substituted.

• 5 years of experience providing recreation and fitness center services with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer.

• 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Red Cross childcare certification or equivalent.

• Proficient written and verbal communicator.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Work Environment

• Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.

• Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

• Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
