Description We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager for our team in Arvada, Colorado. This role is in the public sector and involves overseeing our audit, tax, or management services practice area and staff. You will be assisting partners with business development and practice administration, managing client relationships and expectations, and researching practice area issues.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee audit, tax, or management services practice area and staff

• Assist partners with business development and practice administration

• Manage client relationships and expectations

• Research practice area issues and provide guidance to partners and other management

• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient operations

• Comply with ADP - Financial Services standards

• Use CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax for tax-related tasks

• Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management

• Carry out accounting functions and auditing tasks diligently

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations

• Handle entity formation and income tax accounting tasks. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to handle various Accounting Functions

• Auditing skills

• Compliance management experience

• Experience with Entity Formation

• Proficiency in Income Tax Accounting
