Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

Candidates will be working through the project scope for 3-4 projects. These will be end-customer facing projects ranging from $1-5 Million, supporting custom electronics development. The role involves managing scope, schedule, and risk for individual projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope, schedule, and risk for 3-4 projects simultaneously.

• Work closely with end-customers to understand project requirements.

• Support custom electronics development projects ranging in budget from $1-5 Million.

• Utilize MS Project, Sharepoint, and OneNote for project scope development and management.

• Ensure on-time scheduling for project delivery.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.

• Proficiency with MS Project, Sharepoint, and OneNote.

• Experience in project engineering, scope development, and scope management.

• Background in electrical engineering, PCB, and electronics.

• Engineering degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with custom electronics projects.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a combination of R&D and Manufacturing facilities with multiple buildings on the facility campus. The team consists of engineering and manufacturing groups that predominantly work onsite. The company culture is vibrant and engaging, offering activities such as picnics with food trucks, lawn games, offsite events, and charity drives. They emphasize a balanced work/life schedule and do not drive a lot of overtime.
