Concentrix Customer Service Representative in Arnold, Missouri
As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will:
- Interface with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support.
- Achieve specific support and resolution on every call.
- Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
If you have a talent for delivering outstanding service; a team player, detailed orientated, patience and the ability to multitask this job is for you! Adept communication skills, in both written and verbal form is a plus.
Work days will be Monday through Saturday with multiple shifts available: days, evenings, nights, rotating and split.
