Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Assoc Dir GD Process & Procedures in Armonk, New York
The Process & Procedures (P&P) Lead is responsible for translating functional business regulatory requirements and industry standard processes to support the delivery of controlled procedural documents. We believe you will provide procedural expertise and work across multiple teams in Global Development to identify cross-functional dependencies and ensure project timelines are met. We expect you to be responsible for the review and management of the assigned portfolio and content standards including ongoing adherence to health authority compliance.
In this role, a typical day might include:
Strategic Alignment/ Process Development
Understand the business and associated processes within the assigned functional areas and in collaboration with senior partners identify the need for new or updated procedural documentation
Liaise with functional collaborators, to identify current process gaps for assigned functional areas against policies and regulations to ensure compliance and propose effective solutions
Work with team members in assigned functional areas to review book of work (ongoing and forecasted) to ensure priorities are understood and aligned with P&P Governance
Responsible for reporting of metrics and risk issues to drive compliance
Relationship Management:
Serve as primary point of contact for all assigned functional areas process and procedure needs
Establish, strengthen and sustain key relationships within assigned functional areas to understand and forecast business needs, priorities, and challenges
Manage cross-functional alignment to enhance procedural effectiveness
Procedural Support and Consulting
Accountable for timely development/writing and the delivery of high quality procedural documents across assigned functional areas by collaborating with key partners
Ensure document scope is maintained; communicating any risks or issues as appropriate
Day-to-day tactical and operational creation and oversight of procedural development
Continuous Improvement
Liase with Global Development Training and other key functions to identify, design and implement continuous improvements opportunities supporting process development
Identify, prioritize and manage deliverables and timelines to support procedural revisions and content development related to continuous improvement activities

To be considered for this opportunity, we require a Master's degree and 8 years of experience or 10 years of experience with Bachelors within the life science industry. We also require you to be onsite three days a week at a minimum.

Salary Range (annually)
$154,800.00 - $252,800.00
