Overview
We are looking for an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team! We support a fleet of diesel equipment rentals for manufacturing, construction, and oil/gas industries. We have a high standard for customer service, troubleshooting, and autonomy while traveling to client sites. Responsibilities
Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on company-owned compressors, dryers, gas generators, and ancillary equipment.
Document all work performed daily using company provided hardware and software.
Display the ability to absorb a higher level of learning including VSD’s, industrial networks, remote monitoring, and air audits.
Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.
Must participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be able to work overtime on short notice.
Essential Skills
Experience with diesel mechanics and service technician roles.
Knowledge of Cummings engines, Caterpillar, United Rentals, and Siemens equipment.
Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment.
Proficiency in documenting work using hardware and software.
Flexibility to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
Ability to work overtime on short notice.

Work Environment
The work environment involves working on compressors and dryers, which can be dirty. Flexibility is required as you will be on call 24 hours a day. The primary shift will be during the day.
