Jacobs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who is passionate about hunting, attracting top talent, and being part of a collaborative group of top tier recruiters.
In support of our fast-paced, high-growth environment key responsibilities will include:
Leading recruitment process for assigned business group, including JD refinement, req creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and preparing candidates for pre-boarding.
Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, projects, pursuits, and market trends.
Leading strategy calls with key stakeholders to influence and drive the recruiting process by understanding and reporting on recruitment metrics and trends to measure performance of the recruiting strategy.
Facilitating a smooth recruitment process; continually calibrating and communicating status updates with leadership, hiring managers, TA support teams, peers, candidates and adjusting your approach in real-time when needed.
Ensuring timely updates to requisition and candidates are completed in the ATS.
Support DEI initiatives with intentional recruiting practices aimed at fostering a diverse workforce.
Ensuring candidates have positive experience regardless of outcome
Minimum 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience and 2 years of Buildings Program/Project Management and Construction Management recruiting experience
Experience interfacing with all levels of leadership and staff in a corporate environment
Experience with recruiting metrics, reports and presenting information to drive hiring goals
Strong communication, relationship building, organizational and negotiation skills
Attention to detail with ability to self-check
Knowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the US
Proficient with MS Office software tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Experience with implementing creative sourcing strategies
Ability to work Eastern time business hours
Ideally, you'll also have
Experience with Avature
Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR)
