We are seeking a Supplier Diversity and Inclusion (SDI) Sr. Program Manager in Global Corporate Procurement (GCP). The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting the success of disadvantaged businesses in GCP’s supply chain and have extensive experience in scaling programs in matrixed, complex organizations. In addition to managing existing initiatives, this role will be responsible for expanding the program to additional countries and organizations within Amazon. This role will work across numerous internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Product & Tech, Legal, Public Policy, Communnications, and SDI leaders from other Business Units (BUs)) and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, etc.)
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to expand Amazon’s SDI program to other core businesses and subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with SDI leaders across Amazon to share best practices.
• Partner with other SDI BUs to develop and implement new mechanisms to attract and engage disadvantaged suppliers.
• Oversee development of SDI expansion monthly reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with visibility at the highest level of the corporation; identify and implement reporting efficiencies.
• Identify, foster, and maintain strategic external partnerships and resources to support the success of disadvantaged suppliers.
Basic Qualifications
• 7+ years of working cross functionally with global teams
• 7+ years of program or project management experience
• 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 7+ years of working cross functionally across several team’s experience
• 7+ years of working with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Communication proficiency especially writing
• 5+ years of experience in developing and managing strategic planning and annual operating planning
Preferred Qualifications
• Master of Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
• Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
• 5+ Years in Supplier Diversity experience
• International Supply Management Certified Supplier Diversity Professional

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $203,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
