The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Security Guard, Part Time - On Call to support our government customer located in Arlington, Virginia. Contracted security guards shall be uniformed and unarmed.
Will support varying shifts to cover non-traditional working hours such as evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Unarmed Facility Security Enforcement position
Walk the perimeter of the facility.
Report irregular activities.
Enforce security rules and regulations.
Performs other duties and assignments as required.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Required High School Diploma
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years’ experience in a similar role. (Previous experience as a night time security guard preferred but not required.)
Must be able to work night shifts and/or weekends 24/7 as required (on call)
Good interpersonal communication skills.
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
U. S. Citizen
Must be able to pass a Tier 1 background Check.
