Eagle Harbor, LLC, a federal contracting leader is looking for a Program Analyst to support our client onsite in Arlington, VA

Responsibilities:

  • Review e-mail tasks and incoming daily statistical data from field offices regarding operations/initiatives.

  • Conduct research and communicate with field offices for missing data or necessary corrections/updates using Power BI.

  • Input/track statistical data by using Excel spreadsheet(s) and review for accuracy,

  • Track incoming funding requests/approvals by using Excel spreadsheets,

  • Provide timely, clear, and concise daily/weekly/monthly reports to agency management.

  • Prepare and complete additional daily reporting as necessary, via MS Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint.

  • Review e-mail tasks and incoming daily statistical data from field offices regarding operations/initiatives, and communicate with field offices for missing data, and/or data corrections/updates,

  • Attend meetings with agency management to discuss project objectives, progress, and/or challenges.

  • Input/track statistical data by using Excel spreadsheet(s) and review for accuracy.

  • Prepare and complete additional reporting as necessary, via MS Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint.

Requirements:

  • US Citizen

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

  • Ability to pass Agency background check

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service/support skills

  • Strong analytical experience

  • Excellent MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

  • Ability to conduct thorough research to gather relevant information

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting in a fast paced constantly changing environment

  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and co-workers

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments

  • Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions

  • Experience with Power BI is preferred.
