Product Manager

The work:

  • Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements.

  • Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency.

  • Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

You are:

  • You are a hands-on, experienced Technical Product Manager with mortgage industry experience.

  • You will own the analytics product strategy and roadmap and drive data requirement gathering, data analysis with knowledge in data modeling in data warehousing.

  • In this role, you will define and document KPIs and report specifications, including data visualization requirements, report layout, and user interactions; and then translate business requirements into technical data specifications.

  • You will then identify the business processes that are being measured and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the tasks that users perform on the application side, as well as how data is consumed and produced by each task.

  • You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the vision and strategy for data and reporting products.

  • Define and document data element of KPIs and report specifications, including data visualization requirements, report layout, and user interactions; and then translate business requirements into technical data specifications.

  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.

  • Collect, analyze, and document user tasks in conjunction with users’ navigations on the User Interface (UI) Create mapping between data fields on the UI and data columns in the source databases.

  • Create and maintain data dictionary to support reporting and analytic solutioning.

  • Use basic SQL to perform source data profiling.

  • Represent technical team to communicate with product owner about data quality issues, requirement feasibility, potential solutions, and solution trade-offs.

Here's what you need:

  • Create a development plan for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, Development/Engineering, and their own experience, and manage its delivery.

  • Collaborate with the business to design and document to-be processes, business rules, reports, communications, and API specifications related to the product

  • Capture & prioritize requirements and document into JIRA Epics

  • Product Manager with mortgage industry experience.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$103,200—$213,600 USD
