Aston Carter Mailroom Support Admin in Arlington, Virginia

We are seeking a Mailroom Support Admin to join a highly visible department for a recognized organization. This role requires onsite presence, Monday - Friday, in Arlington, VA.

Description:

This role will support internal Company processes and programs. and partner with other team members to help support multiple immigration projects with data tracking and employee interactions. Performs a variety of administrative functions which includes processing government-issued documents handling confidential information and coordinating with other internal teams on maintaining reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate and input accurate information into Salesforce.

  • Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry.

  • Complete high volume tasks within a set deadline.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Able to handle confidential data

  • Written and oral communication

  • Attention to detail

  • Managing documents and tasks as assigned

  • 1+ year of admin/office/customer service experience preferred but not required
