POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of the North America IT & Digital communications team, the Communication Lead will be responsible for the development and execution of large, strategic initiatives supporting the IT Innovation & Architecture team. This role will focus on developing impactful communications to key stakeholders, as well as informing and engaging the organization on power of technology in driving business wins.
Develop and deliver clear communications that promote IT Innovation & Architecture initiatives, showcasing their value and impact on business outcomes
Collaborate effectively with IT & Digital leaders and employees, as well as other Nestlé stakeholders to create and align strategies and deliver impactful messages
Promote and amplify our culture, helping to develop an organization of influential thought leaders and strategic partners who drive innovation and deliver value to Nestlé, our consumers, customers, and employees
Lead content creation and guide stakeholders to ensure clear, effective communication and achieves strategic outcomes
Ad hoc communications support for the Head of ITNA, leadership team, and global IT communications team
Drive widespread adoption of key technology initiatives by producing engaging content that informs audiences about innovative solutions
Provide expert communications counsel and coaching to colleagues and key stakeholders
Establish objectives and measurement criteria for communications channels and events to assess effectiveness, using data insights to strengthen future efforts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field
2+ years of experience working with multimedia storytelling, digital communication, meeting technology, and large-audience communication solutions and techniques (such as: Populo, Workplace, etc.)
1+ year of experience leading a communication strategy from ideation to execution
Other
Experience developing and delivering change management communications strategies and plans for large-scale transformation programs is preferred
Bilingual language experience in both English and Spanish is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $122,000.00 to $150,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
