A day in the life
Your primary focus is guiding new facilities through their financial launch journey. On any given day, you'll dive into cost planning, crunch numbers for staffing needs, and ensure systems are ready for launch. You might start with a morning huddle discussing launch progress, then jump into analyzing labor costs or reviewing financial approvals.
The role can get exciting during multiple simultaneous launches - you'll need to switch gears quickly between different sites and phases. Sometimes you'll tackle unexpected challenges, like helping sites troubleshoot their planning tools or providing quick financial insights for urgent decisions.
Think of yourself as the financial compass for new site launches!
