U.S. Marine Corps DEPUTY G-7 MODERNIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE in Arlington, Virginia

Summary You will serve as a DEPUTY, G-7, MODERNIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE in the MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS COMMAND of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION. Responsibilities You will coordinate and implement integration of G-7 efforts across a functional portfolio and Marine Corps capabilities. You will initiate actions to redirect efforts, resolve deficiencies, and implement lessons learned from partners, stakeholders, and equity interests as listed above. You will lead and/or participate in working groups, Cross Functional Teams (CFTs), and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) as assigned. You will plan, administer, and provide oversight and guidance, and develop and manage overall work of the office. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, administering, proving oversight and guidance and developing and managing the overall work of the office; develop, direct, and oversee the integration of communications, outreach, and engagement to advance legislative engagement, strategic communication, public affairs, encroachment management and mission compatibility; leading and participating in working groups, cross functional teams and integrated product teams.
