CACI is seeking a Business Requirements Analyst to join our Cloud and Infrastructure Engineering team on a contract supporting Department of Homeland Security. This role will report to the PMO Manager and work closely with a team of Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and Engineers. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working infrastructure and cloud migration projects, helping customers translate business needs and value into technical project requirements.
More About the Role:
• Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Clearly identify project stakeholders and establish user classes, as well as their characteristics.
• Conduct interviews to gather user requirements through workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
• Work with stakeholders and the project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
• Assist in conducting research on software and hardware products to meet agreed-upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD)
• B.A./B.S. or equivalent + 8 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience as a BA
• Attention to detail and resourcefulness
• Four (4) years of direct scheduling experience, preferably working on other large Government contracts.
• Experience using Kanban boards and agile methodologies
• Expert of Scrum methodologies
• Experience with JIRA, and Confluence
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong Microsoft Office experience, predominantly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
• Previous DHS or DoD experience
• Any of the following certifications is highly desired:
-SAFe Agile
-Certified Scrum Master
-ITIL Foundation
-Other IT technical certifications
-PMP
-

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,300
