Job Description

As the Ariba Product Owner, you will be responsible for providing influential leadership and thought leadership in the procurement domain. You will oversee the implementation and optimization of Ariba systems, ensuring that procurement processes are transformed to maximize company efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Thought Leadership:

• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in the procurement domain.

• Influence and inspire cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and innovative solutions.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Ariba systems and procurement processes.

Procurement Transformation:

• Lead the transformation of procurement processes to achieve operational excellence.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that drive efficiency.

• Ensure alignment of procurement strategies with overall business objectives.

Ariba Systems Management:

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Ariba systems.

• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Ariba solutions.

• Monitor system performance and address any issues or enhancements needed.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in procurement.

• In-depth knowledge of Ariba systems and procurement processes.

• Strong leadership and influencing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think strategically and drive transformation initiatives.
