Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Acquisition Business Program Analyst with an active Secret Clearance to support KPS and our government customer in Arlington, VA.

The successful candidate will provide analytical support, manage program-related activities, and ensure effective communication across diverse workstreams. On behalf of the Government Customer, the candidate will attend primary stakeholder meetings and provide key metrics and deliverables from those meetings for coordination with CDAO stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts detailed analysis of digital and AI acquisition programs, assessing performance against objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Provides insights and recommendations based on analysis to enhance program effectiveness.

  • Maintains comprehensive documentation of program activities, milestones, and key decisions.

  • Ensures that documentation is organized, accessible, and aligned with best practices.

  • Develops and maintains metrics to track program performance, deliverables, and milestones.

  • Generates regular reports for leadership, summarizing program status and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement within the acquisition framework.

  • Proposes and implements enhancements to streamline program management processes.

  • Assists in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with program activities.

  • Collaborates with teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

  • Prepares documentation review for various documents, including acquisition, other program documents, technical papers, and correspondence. Ensure documents are prepared in the appropriate format and are free from grammatical errors.

  • Develops and implements policies and procedures; and provides guidance and support to Government Purchase Card holders to ensure compliance

  • Assists other team members in other tasks and initiatives as needed to accomplish the overall mission.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience

  • To be considered, must have a Current/Active DoD SECRET

  • Extensive experience conducting detailed analysis of digital and AI acquisition programs, assessing performance against objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Significant experience developing and maintaining metrics to track program performance, deliverables, and milestones

  • Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with program activities

  • Knowledge and experience with the Government Purchase Card Program

  • Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures; and providing guidance and support to Government Purchase Card holders to ensure compliance

  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

  • Ability to uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Ability to take a conceptual discussion and build a presentation to convey the message.

  • Highly motivated professional and capable of managing demanding workload while prioritizing and managing competing priorities

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, critical thinking, and leadership courage.

  • Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient MS Teams, Excel and Outlook application skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or field

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
