Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $76,800 – $96,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

• Analyze transactional sales data from point-of-sale systems toidentifykey insights and trends

• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau to communicate key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create strategic action plans to address market opportunities

• Execute analytics projects with the corporate analytics department to support revenue-generating efforts, including pricing and optimization strategies

• Prepare and present fact-based reports, dashboards, and recommendations from analytics projects, ensuring effective data architecture and warehousing foroptimaldata use

More about you

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics,engineering,or other discipline;master’s degree preferred

• Minimum of 3 yearsof experience in business analytics, business intelligence,or similar function, working in a high volume, fast-paced environment; preferably in hospitality or related sectors likes sports/restaurant

• Proficiencyin analytics and predictive modeling

• Experience with Databricks.

• Predictive tools suchasAdvanced Exceland R, anddata warehousing toolssuch as SQL

• Proficiencyin data visualization toolsespeciallyTableauand prior experience with point of sales systems preferred

• Experience in setting sales strategic direction and annual and long-term planning to achieve business results
