Texas Health Resources Radiology Technologist (Radiographer) - Urgent Care - Full Time, Days in Arlington, Texas

Clinical Concierge- Rad Tech

We’re looking for a Radiology Technologist who has a deep commitment to quality and compassionate care to join our Urgent Care team.

We’re beyond excited to introduce Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care. With centers open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year, little or no wait times and ability for most patients to leave with medication in hand, our goal is to offer an easy, convenient and affordable option for the care our patients need.

Locations currently hiring: Plano, Melissa, Mansfield, Flower Mound, Dallas, Coppell, and Denton clinics

Works hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM

What you’ll do:

· Be our “clinical concierge” providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic

· Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back-office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members

· This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

What you’ll need:

· H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required And

· Other Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology Required Or

· Associate's Degree Radiology studies Required .

· 6 Months Previous x-ray experience Required .

· 6 Months Previous experience as licensed Medical Radiologic Technologist

Preferred.

· Previous health care facility clinical experience as a LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care Preferred.

· Previous experience with electronic health record Preferred.

· Previous experience with straight-arm x-ray Preferred.

· Previous orthopedic experience Preferred.

· CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist Either by the TDH or TMB Upon Hire Required And

· ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire Required And

· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support BLS maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care And

· MA - Medical Assistant required prior to administering injections (not required to function in RT capacity only) Required.
