Industrial Electrician
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems within our industrial facility. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and the safety of our workplace.
Job Duties:
· Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
· Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
· Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, ensuring compliance with codes.
· Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
· Connect wires to motors, fixtures, and other electrical equipment, replace switches and fuses, and splice and insulate wires with friction tape.
· Read and understand blueprints and 1-line drawings.
· Clean work area, tools, and equipment.
Shift and Pay:
· 3 rd shift: 11:00PM-7:30AM
· Monday-Friday
· $36.96/hr
Position Requirements:
· Journeyman's Electrician License OR 8 years of industrial electrician experience.
· 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
· 4+ years of experience working on heavy-duty equipment and machinery.
· Preferred: Experience editing and troubleshooting PLCs.

The pay range for this position is $36.69 - $36.69
