DSG Tec USA, Inc Director of Business Development in Arlington, Texas
Collaborates with CEO to set and drive organizational vision and sales strategy and translate strategy into actionable steps for growth and annual operations planning. Ensures organizational goals are met. Ensures compliance with USGOV requirements to remain eligible for contracts.
- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO and Tech dept.
- Oversee business development and partner with CEO in sales management for appropriate investment capital budgets and near-term growth targets
- Manage (with CEO) capital investments and expenses to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability
- Build/maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee, guide, and mentor government program manager to ensure government contracts are secured and adhered to within regulations
- Direct government relations strategy
- Guide and mentor product manager in establishing systems that increase productivity and reduce risk in company operations
- Attend special events that further company goals for government procurement programs
- Integrate consultants into related departments to ensure highest performance
- Complete other projects and special assignments as assigned
