Job Title: TIG Welder

Pay Rate- $25/hr. to $29/hr.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder who can proficiently weld stainless and mild steel (11 gauge – 22 gauge) as well as aluminum (.125” - .060” thick). The role involves primarily TIG welding (90%) with some MIG welding (10%). This position requires reading blueprints and tacking welds according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless and mild steel, and aluminum.

• Execute MIG welding as needed.

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

• Tack welds per specified requirements.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in TIG welding on stainless and aluminum.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Open to recent graduates who can pass a weld test.

• Welding certification.

• Experience with robotic welding.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of 8 welding bays on one side of the shop. The shop is spacious, clean, and well-lit, with newly added inventory shelves and lighting to ensure a comfortable and efficient workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
